Bryant Park Partners is a boutique management advisory firm that specializes in helping companies scale and profitably grow by intentionally designing their organizations to effectively execute strategy.

We are a network of seasoned executives and trusted advisors with proven track records of helping companies profitably grow through rigorous problem solving and deploying pragmatic solutions that actually work.

We partner with senior leaders to clarify and articulate their strategy and the organization and culture needed to effectively execute it. From there, we roll up our sleeves and work side by side to design an organization, operating model, and culture that is fit for purpose.

APPROACH
Our approach has been shaped and proven through decades of experience working with companies across a variety industries and geographies. The following five tenets guide how we approach designing an optimal organization for our clients:

Focus only on what truly drives value for your customers and stakeholders.
Start with the end in mind and be clear on the quantifiable and tangible results you want your strategy to achieve and your organization design to enable.
Form ever follows function. Always start with an understanding of the work. Redrawing boxes and lines without a clear understanding of the capabilities needed to play and win is a total waste of time.
Governance and operating norms are what really counts in making an organization operate effectively and efficiently.
There is no "best practice design". Don't design your organization based on purported best practices. Each organization has unique capabilities, culture and strategy that should drive the design that is optimal for your company.

STRATEGY CLARIFICATION
We work with leaders to clarify and and articulate their business strategy, understand the capabilities they need to play and win in their respective marketplace, and identify what this means for how their organization, operating model and culture should be designed and evolved.
ORGANIZATION DESIGN
We take an integrated and comprehensive approach to design your organization that always starts with the work and how best to accomplish it.
Our focus includes enterprise-wide architecture that aligns operating units or geographies around new strategy or business conditions.
